How do I log in to linqi?
The linqi login is available via the following url pattern.
https://<my-organisation>.linqi.app
Login
When calling https://<my-organisation>.linqi.app
you will be redirected to the linqi login or to an external single sign-on service of your organisation.
The language displayed on the login page depends on the default language settings of the browser.
Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password for the linqi login, you can request a new password via the link Forgot password within the login mask. To do this, enter your e-mail address. If your e-mail address exists in the organisation called up, you will receive an e-mail with the option of setting a new password.
How do I get help?
Are you having problems and can't find the answer you're looking for in the manual section? You can contact linqi customer support at any time. To do this, ask your application administrator / global administrator for the helpdesk e-mail address assigned to you.
This can be found in the Global Administrator area under Status and Support.
I cannot reach linqi

If there are no indications of a technical defect or a maintenance window, please contact the linqi helpdesk. Please also check your internet connection and contact your internal IT department.
What personal data is stored in linqi?
The linqi service has to find a balance between a minimum of personal data and a maximum of support. Therefore, we only store your first name, surname, manager, email address, encrypted password, the time of your last access in linqi and the browser used.
Additional data may be collected and stored by your organisation within processes that are necessary for the execution of the process. Please contact your organisation's data protection officer to find out which additional data categories are stored in your organisation.
