Internal processes

Internal processes are administrative processes of the business unit that are not executed in the process dashboard. You manage them here using the process list.

The following process types are available in the process list for internal processes:

  • Process publishing: Internal processes for the publishing of processes.
  • Process-related: Internal processes that build on a process.
  • Document process: Internal processes for documents.

Only one internal process can be created per process type. If a process of a type already exists, creating another process of this type is not possible.

Creating an internal process of a type is not possible if an internal process of this type already exists: the message "A process of this type already exists." is displayed.

The internal processes can be searched using the search field and sorted by column. Additionally, the process list functions for folders, tags, metadata and documents are available.
