Preview

While designing a form, you probably want to see how it will look for the end users. The preview helps you with that: it displays the form as it will appear when filled out. This allows you to immediately check whether everything works as intended – for example, whether fields are displayed correctly or rules are applied. This way, you can design your form step by step and always keep an overview.

You can open the form preview using the following button at the top right of the Form Designer:

You can then exit the form preview using this button (same position as the start):

Once you activate the preview, the form will be displayed at the bottom, and you can interact with it. Rules and calculations will also be executed.

Since Linqi has no context of a process in preview mode, default values etc. will not be populated. This is because, for example, no previous forms are available for placeholders.

You can use this button on the left side to switch the form preview to a mobile device preview:
