Accessibility Statement

1. Introduction

Accessibility is an essential part of our product philosophy.
The platform linqi is a purely web-based application for the digitization of business processes.
Our goal is to provide all people – regardless of physical, sensory or cognitive impairments – with full and equal access to our services.

We align ourselves with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and implement the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformance level AA, as the standard for the design and development of our platform.

A formal certification has not yet been obtained but is planned.

2. Scope

This statement applies to the linqi web application (*.linqi.app) in its current version.

3. Conformance Status

We strive for full conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA.
Currently, linqi already meets essential requirements, including:

  • Keyboard operability of all core functions
  • Screen reader compatibility
  • Zoom and scalability of content
  • Semantic HTML structure
  • High color contrasts
  • Accessible forms

Examples within the platform

  • Users with visual impairments can consume content via screen readers or in enlarged view.
  • Users with motor impairments operate the application entirely by keyboard.
  • Users in noisy or quiet environments benefit from text alternatives for audio or video content.

A final external review according to the requirements of the EAA is still pending.

4. Accessibility Measures Implemented

4.1 Keyboard Operability

Our application is fully operable without a mouse. Navigation, form input and actions can be performed using Tab, Enter and other standard keyboard commands.

4.2 Screen Reader Support

We use ARIA roles, descriptive alternative texts and correct heading hierarchies to give screen reader users a clear understanding of the content.

4.3 Zoom and Scalability

Content can be enlarged up to 200 % without loss of functionality or horizontal scrolling.

4.4 Color Contrast

Text and interactive elements meet the minimum contrast ratios defined in WCAG 2.2
(at least 4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text).

4.5 Regular Testing

We continuously test our platform with automated tools (e.g. WAVE Chrome Extension by Utah State University) as well as through manual testing by our team.

5. Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We continuously work to remove existing barriers and to consider new requirements early.

Planned next steps:

  • External certification according to EAA / WCAG 2.2 AA
  • High-Contrast Themes
