📄️ Requirements for operation on Windows
The following preparations are necessary to ensure a smooth installation of linqi.
📄️ Active Directory field mapping
If you have installed linqi on an on-premise environment and use Active Directory as a source for persons and groups, it is possible to customise the fields that are available in placeholders.
📄️ Connect map services
If you want to use maps within forms, you must connect a map service. This is done via the Web Map Service protocol or using Protomaps.
📄️ Execute SharePoint actions in user context
If you roll out SharePoint actions in the context of the logged-in user (or in the context of the person who started a process), you can roll out a SharePoint Provider Hosted App in OnPremise environments. This must be rolled out as a High-Trust App in order to offer the option of logging on to SharePoint in the context of different people. A corresponding user token is generated for the different people via this provider hosted app. The following steps are necessary for the rollout:

linqi supports different targets for logging. These can be configured via the appsettings.json file.

linqi offers various AI functions. If you want to use them in an on-premise installation, you will need appropriate hardware or an API connection.
