Overview
Via a dashboard, you can provide users with an overview of various ongoing processes, display key performance indicators (KPIs), or even build entire process maps.
You can find the dashboard list via the side navigation using the following icon:
Dashboard List
Within the dashboard list, you have an overview of the various dashboards available in the selected tenant. If you have permissions in multiple tenants, you can switch the current tenant via a dropdown on the top right side.
If you do not select a dashboard, the following functions are available on the top right side:
- Create folder ():
This allows you to create a new folder. A folder is given a name and can subsequently be used to organize dashboards within it.
If you have the appropriate permissions, you can also assign permissions at the folder level to restrict access to its contents. - Create dashboard ():
Using this button, you can create a new dashboard. This opens the Dashboard Designer.
If you select a dashboard, you have the following additional functions to choose from:
- Edit dashboard ():
This allows you to edit the selected dashboard. - Move to folder ():
Using this function, you can move the dashboard into another folder. To do this, this button opens a panel where you can select the new target folder. - Assign tag ():
This button allows you to assign a tag to the dashboard. For example, you can tag thematically related dashboards to identify them more quickly.
Tags can also be used for filtering via the corresponding column. - Copy dashboard ():
This allows you to copy the selected dashboard. You can assign a new name for the dashboard beforehand. - Delete dashboard ():
This allows you to move the selected dashboard to the trash.
