Here you can create, edit and delete business units. A business unit has the following properties:

  • Name: The name identifies the business unit and is displayed to users when they select it. This can be the name of the company or an individual department, for example.

  • Members of the business unit: Here you can specify persons and groups who can execute processes from this business unit.
  • Access to all processes: This special role allows the selected persons or groups to open all processes in the business unit in read-only mode.
  • Business unit administration: People with this role can change advanced settings for the business unit.

Available commands

The following commands are available in the business unit administration on the top right-hand side:

  • Feature settings (): Here you can switch Features on and off for the business unit.
  • Edit (): You can edit a mandate here.
  • Delete (): Here you can move a business unit to the recycle bin.
  • Private business unit settings (): Here you can allow users to create a private business unit and define the features that are available in a private business unit.
  • Create business unit (): You can create a new business unit here.
