An overview of all features that can be activated and deactivated
The linqi process platform has a large number of features that can be activated and deactivated at business unit level. This allows the business unit administrator to make various functions available. This can be used, for example, to adhere to the company's compliance guidelines or to deactivate unnecessary actions in order to improve clarity.
The editing of features of individual business units is available to the role of business unit administrator.
Detailed export process
The detailed export function is available to persons with process editing rights in the process list. From here, these persons can export processes, forms, values, etc.
Process statistics
This feature provides runtime statistics on processes. For example, it can be used to analyse how long a process remains in the various forms, etc.
Dashboard table export
With this feature, tables on dashboards can be exported to Excel. This can also be deactivated at table level.
Process instance editing
Persons with process editing rights can delete running processes, for example. This is logged within the business unit. For example, processes started on a test basis or obsolete processes etc. can be cancelled and cleaned up.
BPMN 2.0
BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) 2.0 is a graphical specification language. This language provides symbols that can be used to model and document business processes and workflows. This feature makes it possible to create corresponding documentation for processes. The BPMN 2.0 Designer is activated, which is available to you in the Process Designer.
Notifications
If this feature is activated, notifications can be sent to people via corresponding actions in processes. Depending on the settings of the recipients, these notifications are sent by email or via the linqi platform itself.
Lookup list actions
Provides actions in processes that allow you to write or delete values in lookup lists. This allows you to use lookup lists as a kind of database, for example.
Anonymous process access
If this feature is activated, you can generate links within the process designer that allow third parties to fill in forms without being logged in. This allows you, for example, to insert forms on Internet pages or to query data externally within a process.
Of course, this does not mean that all processes are accessible anonymously.
SharePoint Connector
Provides various actions in the Process Designer to load values from a Microsoft SharePoint system or to write data. SharePoint access data must be stored in the connection management for this. It can react automatically to events within the SharePoint, such as the creation of a file or the creation or renewal of a list entry.
Dynamics CRM Connector
Provides various actions in the Process Designer to load values from a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system or to write data. Dynamics CRM access data must be stored in the connection management.
HTTP Connector
Provides various actions in the Process Designer to send HTTP requests or to start a process via an HTTP webhook. HTTP access data must be stored in the connection management.
Exchange Connector
Provides various actions in the Process Designer to send emails, appointments, surveys etc. via a Microsoft Exchange account. It is possible to respond to incoming emails. Exchange access data must be stored in the connection management for this.
SQL Connector
Provides various actions in the Process Designer to load values from an SQL database system or to write data. SQL access data must be stored for this in the connection management. MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL are supported.
SAP Connector
This feature makes it possible to load or write data from an SAP system. SAP access data must be stored in the connection management for this. Currently, only SAP B1 Hana is supported. The service layer is used for access.
File functions
Provide actions in the Process Designer to work with text-based files. This allows you to generate or delete files, for example.
Word functions
Provides actions in the Process Designer to work with Word documents. For example, you can generate Word documents based on templates from the Document Designer.
DEMIS Connector
If this feature is activated, an action is available in the Process Designer to send messages to the DEMIS system (German Electronic Reporting and Information System for Infection Protection). DEMIS access data must be stored in the connection management, which must be requested from the RKI.
AI process summary
An AI is used to generate a summary of the process flow for running and completed processes. This summary can be viewed in the process list or the process itself. Due to the large amount of data, the generation may take a moment, especially when activating this feature. Newer processes are favoured.
Note: This feature is a preview and may change in the future. The AI is a self-operated AI and no data flows to third parties.
