📄️ Start Process
Via the Start Process element, users can start a new process directly from the dashboard.
📄️ Map
The map element allows you to list started processes on the dashboard. For each process, you must specify either coordinates or an address where the process should be displayed on the map. For example, you can show various incidents, targets for resource planning, and similar items.
📄️ Free Text
Via the Free Text element, you can display free-form, formatted text directly on the dashboard. This allows you to place instructions, notes, or explanations directly next to the relevant elements.
📄️ Process Table
Via the Process Table element, you can display running and completed processes as a table directly on the dashboard. This allows you to show users the current status of their own processes, or to provide a team or department with a kind of to-do list so that everyone can see at a glance what still needs to be worked on.
📄️ Data Table
Via the Data Table element, you can display the data of a lookup list as a table directly on the dashboard. This allows you to show, for example, master data or reference lists (such as material lists, persons, or status lists) directly on the dashboard without users having to open the list separately.
📄️ KPI
Via the KPI element, you can display key figures (e.g., quantity, total, or average) from your processes on the dashboard. This allows you to show, for example, the number of open orders, the total of order values, or the average absences at a glance and to highlight them by color using display rules.
📄️ Process Map
Via the Process Map element, you can display your processes and dashboards in a structured way on the dashboard. This allows you to provide users with a central entry point to find processes and dashboards, group them in a meaningful way (e.g., by management, performance, and support processes), and navigate from map to map to deeper topics.
📄️ Process list
Via the Process list element, you can display the BPMN 2.0 processes of your business unit in a table on the dashboard. This gives users a quick overview of the available BPMN 2.0 processes and allows them to open these processes directly in the process designer.
