Phase 1: Start
In this phase, you put together the first implementation team. You check the requirements, identify challenges and gather the necessary information.
Check prerequisites
Before you start, check the status of linqi. Is the system accessible and can you log in? Ideally, an initial setup and handover was carried out together with the linqi initial setup and handover.
Compose your team
The following table lists the most important roles that enable the ideal operation of linqi.
Role | Responsibilities |
---|---|
Structural Architect | Has the overall view. As an arbitrator and decision-maker where certain processes belong thematically. |
Success manager | Shares successes within the company and the community. Creates awareness and acceptance. |
Programme Manager | Decides which functions are used, sees the big picture. Accepts new features and decides on possible applications. |
Champions | Make it easier for new colleagues to build up qualifications and skills for use. Multiply their own knowledge and reinforce team approach and insights. Create a community and train internally. |
IT Specialist | Ensures that the technical implementation works properly. Provides support in setting up service accounts and connecting third-party systems. |
One person could also take on several roles. Experience shows, however, that if possible, these roles should be filled by different people. The team should initially consist of volunteers who also assume responsibility for implementation. This will result in the team achieving the highest intrinsic motivation for a successful implementation.

Evaluation
Rate each question on a scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree).
26-30 points (pioneers)
Your organisation is excellently positioned and can get started with linqi without complications. Stay the course and focus on continuous innovation.
16-25 points (advanced)
Your organisation has good foundations, but there is room for improvement.
Recommendation: Focus on the weak points and plan during the introduction of linqi, e.g. employee training.
6-15 points (laggards)
Your organisation has a lot of catching up to do in terms of digitalisation.
Recommendation: Start with a clear strategy and involve employees in the change process as early as possible. Start targeted pilot projects in areas where the benefits can be quickly and clearly demonstrated.
