Phase 3: Go big

In this phase, you open up access to linqi for all employees. Employees, managers and business units want to start using linqi. Depending on the size of your organisation, you may need training and champions for your employees to understand how to best integrate and use linqi. Promote your first processes and the successes of creating awareness of what is possible with linqi.

Onboarding support

To ensure that employees have the appropriate support during implementation, have capacity available for any questions that may arise. Promote the use of linqi. Champions should continue to identify potential within the company and realise it together with the specialist departments.
