Text module

Text modules allow you to maintain various texts centrally. For example, you can configure email signatures here and reuse them across different processes. If changes to the signature are needed later, you only have to make the adjustment in a single place.

The following configuration options are available for a text module:

• Name:
  The name helps you reference the text module in various places and is used exclusively for internal organization.
• Allow Rich Text:
  If this option is enabled, you can not only enter plain text but also use formatting.
• Content:
  Here you enter the text of the text module. This can be, for example, an email signature, a greeting, or something similar.

Each text module is then available as a placeholder under the Text module section.
