DATEV
The DATEV connection in linqi allows you to send documents to DATEV. In this way, you can, for example, transfer the documents from an invoice process directly to DATEV and thus reduce manual work.
To be able to use the DATEV connection, you must activate the corresponding feature in business unit management.
Connection
In order to be able to communicate with DATEV via the DATEV actions in linqi, you must first create a corresponding connection in the connection management ( button in the navigation).
In the connection list, you can use the plus button on the top right-hand side and then select DATEV.
You have the following options in the connection settings:
- Display name:
The display name helps you to reuse the connection and can be freely assigned. - Connect to DATEV:
This button establishes the actual connection to DATEV. If you click on this button, you will be forwarded to DATEV where you must log in with your DATEV access data. You can then select the business unit to which you want to link linqi. Due to technical requirements, you must then log in a second time, as this is the only way linqi can establish the final connection with the selected business unit. - Authorized persons:
Here you can restrict which persons can use this connection in the process designer, details can be found here.
Once you have established the connection with DATEV, the following options are also available:
- Connection status:
This shows you whether the connection with DATEV is active or not. You can use the Disconnect button to disconnect from DATEV.warningProcesses using this connection will then run into an error until you re-establish the connection.
- DATEV Connected Applications:

Due to the requirements of Datev, the connection with DATEV is active for two years by default. Whenever linqi interacts with DATEV, this period is extended. This value therefore shows you how long the connection is still valid. - Connected as:
