Process Detail Export
When designing processes, it is often necessary to evaluate process values in order to draw conclusions and optimize the processes.
For example, you can evaluate order totals, sick days, or travel times.
To make this as easy as possible, linqi offers a corresponding export function. With this, you can export the data to Excel, for example, or generate appropriate links to embed them in Power BI.
You can find the function by switching to the process list () and selecting the corresponding process.
Then, you can open the export via the Process Detail Export button ().
Configuration
Once the corresponding panel is open, you can configure the following settings at the top:
- Time Period:
In the top text field, you can specify when a process must have been last changed to be included in this statistic. For example, if you enter 7, only processes that were started or moved to a new step within the last 7 days will be considered. - Field Selection:
Using the Placeholder field below, you can determine which data will be exported. Simply select the relevant placeholders for this purpose.
The Export button generates a CSV file and returns it as a download, whereas the Preview button displays the data directly in a table in the browser.
The Save button allows you to store the query for later reuse. Each saved query has the following values/actions:
- Name:
The name is assigned when saving and allows you to find your query again. - Link to Data Query:
This button generates a link that you can embed in Power BI, for example, to build advanced reports.
A corresponding token is added to the URL, allowing the data to be retrieved via this link without additional login, making access easier. - Load:
This button transfers the data from the saved query to the top section, allowing you to run the query again. - Delete:
This button deletes the saved query. Once deleted, it is permanently removed.
