Actions in linqi are very diverse in nature and can, for example, send an email, assign permissions or access external systems to read or write data, for example.
📄️ Process flow
Use these actions to control the flow and structure of a process in the process designer.
📄️ Parallelism
With parallelism, you can split a process into multiple parallel branches (strands) that are worked on at the same time. The process is split into the configured branches at the Start parallelism action. Each branch is worked on independently of the others and is merged back into a single process flow at the Merge parallelism action.
📄️ General
These actions are frequently used actions that are not directly related to a specific feature.
📄️ Notifications
With these actions you notify people within the process flow and request quick approvals.
📄️ Anonymous Access
With Anonymous Access you can generate links that allow external persons to access a form in a process run without logging in. This allows you, for example, to ask external persons for feedback by e-mail, without them needing a linqi account.
📄️ Lookup List
The Lookup List actions in linqi allow you to read from and write to Lookup Lists from your processes. You can query, create, update, or delete entries in a Lookup List. This makes it possible to use a Lookup List like a small database and to keep the data synchronized with your processes automatically.
📄️ SharePoint
The SharePoint connection in linqi allows you to interact with Microsoft SharePoint from processes. For example, you can upload documents, read and create entries in lists, create folders and much more.
📄️ Exchange
The Exchange connection in linqi allows you to interact with Microsoft Exchange servers from processes. For example, you can send emails, surveys, and appointments, cancel appointments, or automatically start a process after an email has been received.
📄️ Dynamics CRM
The Dynamics CRM actions in linqi allow you to read and write data from a Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM environment from processes. For example, you can automatically reconcile customer data between linqi and Dynamics CRM, take over responsibilities from the CRM into a process, or create new entries.
📄️ HTTP
The HTTP connection in linqi allows you to connect generic web services. It is therefore one of the most flexible ways to connect third-party systems, but also requires the most technical knowledge.
📄️ PDF
These actions allow you to interact with PDF files in various ways.
📄️ Word

📄️ DATEV
The DATEV connection in linqi allows you to send documents to DATEV. In this way, you can, for example, transfer the documents from an invoice process directly to DATEV and thus reduce manual work.
📄️ LDAP
The LDAP integration in linqi allows interaction with Microsoft Active Directory servers. Using the corresponding actions, you can, for example, create and edit users and groups or assign users to groups.
📄️ E-Invoice
The e-invoicing features of linqi allow you to work with electronic invoices. For example, you can automatically extract data during an invoicing process and display it in a form or further process the data automatically using other actions.
📄️ AI
The AI (Artificial Intelligence) actions allow you to analyze and generate data within processes using AI. For example, you can use AI to assign incoming emails to departments, extract data from documents, or generate text.
📄️ SFTP / SSH
The SFTP / SSH connection in linqi allows files to be sent to or retrieved from servers via SFTP, as well as commands to be executed via SSH. This can be useful for various services, for example there are automated letter sending services which are addressed with SFTP.
📄️ PowerShell
The PowerShell integration in linqi allows commands to be executed on a Windows Server via Remote PowerShell.
📄️ SQL
The SQL integration in linqi allows you to interact with external SQL databases. For example, you can write data to an external database from within a process or load values from it.

The file functions allow you to work with files in the process designer: you can generate text files and barcodes, import CSV files, compress images, and delete files.
📄️ SAP B1 Hana
The SAP B1 Hana actions in linqi allow you write data to a SAP Business One (SAP B1 Hana) system. Currently, creating new entries directly from the Process Designer is possible. This means, for example, that you can automatically create a purchase order with its line items in your SAP system.
