Overview

Actions in linqi are very diverse in nature and can, for example, send an email, assign permissions or access external systems to read or write data, for example.

To insert an action in the process designer, you can open the action toolbox using the following icon on the top right-hand side:

As soon as you have opened the action toolbox, the various available actions are displayed here. You can drag and drop these into the process flow.
Actions with only one entry and exit point can be dragged directly onto a connection and inserted between two existing actions or forms.
