Links

Under More functions in the toolbar of the BPMN 2.0 Designer, you open the Links panel. There you can generate three links for the published BPMN 2.0 process:

  • Link: With this link you open the process directly in read mode. The currently published version is always displayed.
  • Embed link: With this link you embed the process in other applications. The side menu is hidden in the process.
  • Embed link without menu: With this link you embed the process in other applications. Both the side menu and the menu at the top of the process are hidden.

The links are only available once the process is saved and published. The menu entry is enabled only after publishing.
