Glossary

Using the Insert elements from glossary button in the toolbar, you open the glossary panel. It shows the glossary entries that have been created in the business unit. A glossary entry is a BPMN 2.0 element with predefined text.

Drag an entry into the canvas to insert it. You filter the entries using the search field.

Glossary entries are created in the business unit settings. There you enter texts that are suggested to users in the Process Designer, for example when entering risks. This allows you to enter standard texts much more quickly.
