Quick modeling

With quick modeling you create a BPMN 2.0 process from a simple list of steps. Open quick modeling using the corresponding button in the toolbar.

Enter the steps of the process as a text list. Each step is created as a task after you press Apply. Only the first and the last step are created as start and end events.

  • You can sort the steps in the list by drag and drop.
  • Apply transfers the process to the canvas.
  • Cancel closes quick modeling.

You must create at least one step. Without a step, the message "You must create at least one step." is displayed.

If a process already exists, it is overwritten when you press Apply. Confirm the overwrite in the corresponding dialog.
