⭐️ Features

  • linqi Maps: To enable you to implement even more interactive forms, we have implemented a new control Map. Using this control, people can set markers on maps and thus, for example, highlight customers, save information about road works or the position of a vehicle. To ensure that your data is secure, we have set up our own map service so that your data remains exclusively on our servers.
Note: If you want to use this feature OnPremise, you need your own map server.

  • BPMN 2.0 PDF Export: You can now export your BPMN 2.0 processes to PDF in order to be able to pass on a process definition quickly and easily. For this purpose, it is possible to generate a corresponding document template within the business unit setting.
In the course of this, the PDF system was also renewed in order to align the generated documents even better with the actual templates.

  • BPMN 2.0 Process Manual: If you create a document template for a BPMN 2.0 process manual, you can now export a BPMN 2.0 process manual via the process list. Here you can bundle different processes into one large PDF manual.

  • BPMN 2.0 Metadata Export: You can now export the metadata of a BPMN 2.0 process via the process list. In this way, you receive a CSV file that displays the metadata of the nodes. For example, you can run evaluations on the metadata of a process.

  • Query Lookup List Entry Sorting: The action Query Lookup List Entry now allows you to specify a column by which the queried entries are sorted.

  • Generate text file encoding: In order to be able to interact better with third-party systems, the action Generate text file has been adapted in such a way that it is now possible to select an encoding.

🐞 Bug fixes

  • Error with PDF file preview for invalid emails: If in the past emails were processed via the action Exchange Incoming Email, it could happen that PDF attachments were not correctly displayed in the browser for some emails. This was due to incorrect data that was entered when sending the e-mail. linqi has been extended so that these PDF files are now also corrected and displayed.
