⭐️ Features

  • Dashboard Key Figures: A new control is now available for dashboards. This control allows you to display metrics on dashboards. For example, a metric can be the number of current requisitions, or the total of open investment requests, etc. By displaying such a metric, users can get an impression of current numbers with just one glance.

  • New "Process Reading" Role: A new role has been implemented in the business unit admin area which allows to open all processes of the business unit in read-only mode. This allows people to read a process regardless of the rights assigned in the process. This is very useful for admins etc.

  • Support to store elements on connections: You can now drop elements that have exactly one entry and one exit point on a connection in the process designer. This will interconnect the elements in this connection. This saves you from having to delete a connection first and then drag two new connections.

  • Default page size for dashboard tables: Within the configuration of dashboard tables, you can specify the default page size. For example, instead of 10 entries, you can always automatically load 100 entries directly.

  • Disable messages for follow-on processes: Within the Start Follow-Up Process action, you can determine whether users should be alerted to this process by a message. For example, you can start a process in the background without the users noticing.

  • SharePoint Online authentication with client ID and certificate: SharePoint Online can be accessed via client ID and certificate.

🐞 Bug fixes.

  • Process step change dropdown in IE can be closed: The process step change dropdown can now be closed correctly in Internet Explorer.

  • Download SharePoint documents with folders: Folders are now always correctly ignored when downloading documents
