⭐️ Features​

  • Custom user values: You can now create your own values within the global admin area. For example, you can save the department of a person or the address of the branch. These values can then of course be used as placeholders in a process.

  • Extension of the Azure AD integration: As many companies create guest accounts etc. in their Azure AD, the option to define a filter has been implemented. This allows you to exclude external accounts, for example, and only synchronise internal accounts.
    In addition, you can now assign extended values of persons to the values you have created yourself in linqi. For example, the department can be automatically transferred from Azure.

  • Automatic licence assignment rules: You can now define rules in the global admin area to automatically assign licences to persons. This makes it possible to assign a licence to all persons in a specific group or on the basis of an email domain.

  • Numbering for BPMN process elements: BPMN process elements are now numbered automatically. This numbering can help to address specific elements.
    Note: This numbering is not exported.

🐞 Bug fixes​

  • Error when deleting process instances: In certain constellations, an error could occur when deleting process instances.
