⭐️ Features​

  • Dynamics CRM Connector: You can now create, update, delete or query Dynamics CRM entries. Four new process actions are available for this. The available entities are queried by Dynamics CRM so that users can easily click together the configuration.
    Note: You must activate the Dynamics CRM Connector feature in the business unit administration to be able to use these actions.

  • Richtext customisations: You can now adjust the colour, font, font size etc. of individual text sections. It is now also possible to insert tables. This allows you to create more sophisticated e-mails or document templates, for example.

  • Repeating table rows: Within tables, you can insert repeating table rows, which are filled by placeholders. For example, you can now display data that has been retrieved from third-party systems or lookup lists as a table.

  • Advanced document templates: Within document templates, you can now also print individual sections in landscape format or define the background colour of sections. This allows you, for example, to highlight a footer in colour or output the BPMN 2.0 process representation in landscape format.

  • BPMN 2.0 export template: Within the BPMN 2.0 PDF export template, you can now use new placeholders to display a table with the elements of the process, including their metadata.

  • BPMN 2.0 pool customisations: If you now insert a new lane in a BPMN 2.0 pool, the pool will expand accordingly. You can also move the order of the lanes. This makes it even easier and more convenient to extend existing processes.

  • Input of date values via keyboard: The date control within forms now allows a date to be entered using the keyboard. To do this, users must click a second time in the field. This means that dates far in the past can be entered quickly.

🐞 Bug fixes​

  • Control characters within SQL queries: If SQL queries were inserted into the action, it could happen that hidden control characters were inserted. This caused the queries to fail. These control characters are now filtered out.
