⭐️ Features​

  • Excel functions:
    From now on, linqi supports functions to work with Excel files. For example, you can automatically create a quote calculation or read the attachment of an email in a process. Details can be found here.
    Note: You must enable the Excel function feature for this.

  • Query people & groups:
    New actions allow you to query the groups of people as well as the people in a group. For example, you can start a process for all members of a group to carry out briefings or similar. Details can be found here.
    Note: You must enable the User functions feature for this.

  • Column filters for data tables:
    The data tables in dashboards now also allow setting filters on individual columns, as well as saving your own custom views.

  • Restrict start links to people:
    Start links now allow you to restrict which people can use the link. This way, you can grant access only to specific people, but also allow access for people outside the current business unit, for example.

  • Form rules: Clearing form fields:
    In Form rules, you can now configure that fields which are hidden should be cleared. This is very helpful, for example, if you show a section, people enter something, and then you hide the section again. If you clear the fields again in this case, no unnecessary data will be saved.

  • PDF & Word exports standard template:
    The Generate PDF export and Generate Word export actions now allow using the standard template which contains all form values. This way, for example, you can automatically export all form values at the end of a process and store them in an archive system.

  • SharePoint Connector for App ID and Certificate OnPremise:
    The SharePoint Connector now allows login via App ID and certificate for SharePoint On-Premise connections. This is particularly relevant for SharePoint SE, as username and password for SharePoint events will soon be blocked by Microsoft there. If you are using this combination, we strongly recommend making the switch.

  • Various minor optimizations:
    Various minor optimizations such as the ability to resize images in the Rich Text Editor, various new expressions, improved touch support in the process designer, free color choice for swimlanes, and similar.

  • Performance optimizations:
    Various performance optimizations were implemented, especially in the area of placeholders.

🐞 Bug fixes​

  • Infinite loop detection:
    In certain situations, it could falsely occur that linqi detected an infinite loop within a loop.
  • Form value correction:
    In special form configurations, it was not possible to correct old form values.
